Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping orders placed Monday through Friday before 9:00 AM PT will ship within 1 to 2 business days.

2 Day and Overnight orders placed Monday through Friday before 9:00 AM PT will ship the same day.

Orders are shipped using USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location.

Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Shipping costs for orders under $100 will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Delivery timelines and shipping fees vary depending on the destination.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which will be calculated at checkout where available.

Orders shipped to EU countries typically arrive within 7-14 business days after processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Holiday Closures

Our team is closed on major U.S. federal holidays, including:

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Years Day
  • All U.S. federal holidays
