Sydney Los Angeles strives for the ultimate customer satisfaction. We will accept your purchased items for a refund within 21 days of your order receipt.
Returned merchandise must be returned in its new and unused condition. All tags and security tags must still be affixed to the garment. Any merchandise that has been altered or modified in any way will not be accepted for return.
Items that are marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund.
International returns are not accepted at this time.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
At this time, Sydney Los Angeles does not accept exchanges.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
To start a new return, please click here. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your original form of payment. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total refund credit. You should see this credit appear on your next statement.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR RETURN OR REFUND?
Please refer to your confirmation email in order to track the status of your return. Once your return has been received, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to be fully processed. Refunds are paid back to your original form of payment.
