Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for a refund within 21 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be new, unused, and unwashed
  • All original tags and security tags must still be attached
  • Items must not be altered or modified in any way

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

International Returns

At this time, international returns are not accepted.

Exchanges

Sydney Los Angeles does not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been processed.

Once your return request has been submitted and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be fully processed.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
